Jeremy David Day, 39, of Star City IN passed away at 3:47 AM Sunday, December 29, 2019 as a result of an auto accident. Jeremy was born on March 24, 1980 in Winamac, Indiana to Dennis D. and Lisa M. Pratt Day. Jeremy was a heavy equipment operator. He resided in North Carolina for about 20 years. Jeremy recently returned to Pulaski County. Jeremy enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on motor vehicles. He especially enjoyed spending time with his children and family. He is survived by: Kali Day, Star City, IN Daughter Gage Day, Vestal, NY Son Chloe Day, Vestal, NY Daughter Dennis and Lisa Day, Star City, IN Parents Jessica Day, Winamac, IN Sister Jill Day, Logansport, IN Sister Krystal Ormsby, Star City, IN Companion Melvin Pratt, Winamac, IN Maternal Grandfather Cassady Sobczak, Winamac, IN Niece Caleb Veasey, Chiloquin, Oregon Nephew Brooke Veasey, Logansport, IN Niece Daisy Jones, Logansport, IN Niece Preceded in death by: Iva Leland Pratt, Maternal Grandmother Victor and Carol Brust Day, Paternal Grandparents A Memorial Service will be held at 3 PM EST on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, IN. Visitation will be 1-3 PM EST on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac, IN. Memorial Contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
