Obituary of Marion Harry Damore, Jr.

Marion H. Damore, Jr. (Harry) passed away on 4/29/2020, in the Gulf Coast
Veterans Center, Biloxi, Mississippi. Harry was 92 years of age, born 7/14/1927.
He served his country in the Army Air Corp.

He is survived by his children: Michael H. Damore (Sharon), Ft. Myers, Florida;
Margaret Selander (Robert, deceased), Richmond Hill, Georgia; Mark Damore,
Sr. (Becky), Culver, Indiana; and Matthew Damore (Toni), Ft. Myers, Florida.
His beloved spouse Elsie Damore, of almost 70 years, passed away February,
2018. He leaves behind a large, loving family of grandchildren and great
grandchildren.

Harry was born, raised and worked in Chicago, Illinois. His life was dedicated to
family, and operating his business, Original Chicago Produce, at South Water
Market, in Chicago. He was a member of Ridgemoor Country Club, Chicago and
Olde Hickory Country Club, Ft. Myers, Florida.

A memorial tribute to Harry and Elsie is planned for July, 2020, at Damore
Gardens, in Culver, Indiana.
