Obituary of Billie Jo Matthews

Billie Jo Matthews, 48, of Headlee, IN passed away Thursday, April 30, 2020.  She was born on December 9, 1971 to William Matthew and Ruby May Davis Toosley.   Billie Jo enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.  She will be dearly missed.
