Obituary of Shelia Wireman

Shelia Wireman, 68, of Medaryville, IN went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 16, 2020.  She passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in rural Winamac, IN after a short battle with leukemia.  Shelia was born on May 19, 1952 in Rensselaer, IN to Keith and Nellie Mae [Dulin] Burns.  She married Cecil Ray Wireman on February 28, 1981 in Medaryville.

Shelia was a retired Quality Control Inspector having worked at Rexam in Valparaiso, IN for 35 years.  She enjoyed BINGO, crossword puzzles, and reading.  She also enjoyed going to flea markets and yard sales.  Shelia was an avid country music fan and songwriter.  She also was an avid fan of Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune.  Shelia loved scratch-off lotto tickets and was a former contestant on the Hoosier Millionaire Show. 

Shelia loved her family very much.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mom, and granny.  Shelia will be sadly missed.

Visitation will be from 4-8 PM EDT Sunday, July 19, 2020 at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, IN.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM EDT Monday, July 20, 2020 at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, IN with Pastor Tom Dewlen officiating.

Burial will take place at White Post Cemetery in Medaryville, IN.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Medaryville Assembly of God Church or to the family.
