Joseph J. Slomka, 80, of Knox, IN passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021 at his home.  Joe was born on February 25, 1941 in Chicago, IL to the late Frank and Agnes [Burness] Slomka.  He graduated from high school in Chicago.  Joe married Twila Hoover on August 15, 1998 in Knox.   She survives.

Joe was a hard worker.  He worked in the mills, in construction, and as a hay farmer.  He enjoyed a good cup of coffee and a smoke.   Joe liked riding horses, as well as shooting, hunting, and fishing.  Most of all, he loved his family very much.  Joe will be dearly missed.

James Slomka, Son

John Slomka, Son

Anthony Slomka, Son

Troy Slomka, Son

Danielle (Dylan) Johnson, Daughter

Many Grandchildren

Private Graveside Services will take place at the Winamac Cemetery in Winamac, IN.
