Obituary of Ruth L. Chupp

Ruth L. Chupp, 73, of Winamac, IN went home to be with her Lord Jesus on Tuesday, December 28, 2021.  She passed away peacefully at the Pulaski Health Care Center in Winamac.  Ruth was born on June 28, 1948 in Washington, D.C. to the late Curtis E. and Iberia B. [Reynolds] McClung.  On November 13, 1974, she married Fred Chupp in Winamac.  He passed away on February 5, 2011.

Ruth was a member of the First Baptist Church in Winamac.  She enjoyed serving the Lord by helping others.  Ruth was an avid collector of Elvis memorabilia.  In her younger years, she enjoyed the outdoors, especially swimming and camping. 

Ruth was a devoted woman of God and loving wife, mother, and sister.  She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be from 5:30-6:30 PM EST Monday, January 3, 2022 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, IN.

Funeral Services will be held at 6:30 PM EST Monday, January 3, 2022 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, IN with Pastor Mark Pilger officiating.

Private Burial will take place at Ever Rest Memorial Park in Logansport, IN.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church.
