Obituary of Kurt D. Simoni

Kurt David Simoni, 47, of Winamac, IN passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Pulaski Memorial Hospital.  He was born on August 3, 1974 in Pulaski Memorial Hospital to Bill & Mary [Rater] Simoni of Winamac.  He was a Brother to Scott (Teri) of Newnan, GA; Uncle to Brandon Simoni of Christiansburg, VA & Brianna Simoni (Landon Neal) of Narrows, VA; Great Uncle to Cypress Scott Neal of Narrows, VA; and Cousin to many from the Northern Illinois, Knox, IN and Valparaiso, IN area.  

Kurt was a member of First Baptist Church in Denham, IN.  He was a 1994 graduate of Winamac High School.  All that knew Kurt were well aware of his love of Elvis Presley, having visiting Graceland twice.  He loved watching his WWE Wrestling and was a huge “The Rock” fan.  You could always see him wearing his Indiana University shirt & sweats.  He loved listening to old time country music and also loved old time 50’s rock & roll.  His infectious smile will be missed by all. 

Visitation will be from 12 Noon - 2 PM EST Monday, January 10, 2022 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac.  Funeral Services will be held 2 PM EST Monday, January 10, 2022 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac with Pastor Lynda Hosek officiating.  Burial will take place at Denham Cemetery in Denham.  Memorial Contributions can be made to the First Baptist Church of Denham.  Online Condolences may be offered at www.frainmortuary.com.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Frain Mortuary in Winamac.
