Richard L. Reedy, 78, lifelong farmer of Francesville, IN passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.  He was born on January 21, 1944 in Harwood, MO to the late Walter and Jennie [Curry] Reedy.  He moved to the area in the early 1970’s to work for Christian Welker and worked for Welker Farms for over 40 years.  He was a very hard worker who enjoyed visiting with others and had friends all over. 

 

He is survived by:

Mark Reedy, Lafayette, IN Son

Amber (Joe) Heigl, Lafayette, IN Daughter

Derek Reedy, Muncie, IN Son

8 Grandchildren

Fred Reedy, Brother

Several Nieces and Nephews

Daniel J. Reedy, Grandson

Lewis E. Reedy, Brother

Lois A. Dade, Sister

 

Visitation will be from 4-8 Friday, February 18, 2022 at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville, IN.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Francesville, IN.

Burial will take place at Roseland Cemetery in Francesville, IN.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
