Obituary of Margie J. Weida

Margie J. Weida, 88, of Winamac, IN passed away at her home on Monday, May 16, 2022.  She was born on October 15, 1933 in Pulaski, IN to the late Ora W. and Theresa L. [Weaver] Fitz.  Margie graduated from Pulaski High School in 1951.  Over the years, she worked at the Pulaski County Courthouse, Pulaski Memorial Hospital, and Winamac Elementary School.  Most of all, she was a loving and devoted mother.  Margie enjoyed the outdoors, especially flower gardening, vegetable gardening, and canning.  She grew an orchard of peach and apple trees.  Margie was an avid reader and liked watching old Westerns.  She will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be from 10-11 AM EDT Friday, May 20, 2022 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, IN.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM EDT Friday, May 20, 2022 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, IN.

Private Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery West in Pulaski, IN. 

Memorial Contributions may be made to Pulaski Animal Center or Elara Hospice.
