Obituary of Charlotte D. Lewark

Charlotte D. Lewark, 67, of Medaryville, IN passed away at 8:55 PM Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Franciscan Health Hospital in Lafayette, IN.  She was born June 8, 1956 to the late Merrill and Joan [Meadway] Smith.  Charlotte graduated from West Central High School.  On July 27, 1974, she married Kenneth Joe Lewark at Bethel Bible Church in Winamac, IN.  Joe passed away on March 14, 2014.

Charlotte attended the Medaryville Assembly of God Church.  She was a volunteer at Happy Tails in Buffalo, IN and cherished spending time at the West Side Senior Center in Medaryville.  Charlotte enjoyed shopping and collecting.  She was always willing to help others and serve the Lord.  Most of all, Charlotte loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 2-6 PM EDT Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, IN.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM EDT Monday, September 25, 2023 at Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, IN with Pastor Tom Dewlen officiating. 

Burial will take place at White Post Cemetery in Medaryville, IN.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Happy Tails, West Side Senior Center, or Medaryville Assembly of God Church.
